Bring your dreams to the screen
UCC’s film courses have ignited a lifelong passion for movie making and directing in many graduates. In recent years, several graduates have gone on to the famed film and television program at the Tisch School of the Arts in New York. And, even if you’re just having fun, film studies gives you the satisfaction of working to structure and organize your vision of reality — and then see it all come to life.
In the two–year film course, you’ll learn to both interpret and make films. The courses are challenging but rewarding, offering students a chance to write scripts and complete short film projects. In addition, the lively College Film club allows students more time to sink their teeth into the film making process. Guest visits from well-known directors and producers also round out the offerings.
